Each DSP's needs vary based on their tenure and years of operation.
For those looking to learn about risk management and connect with a community of like-minded peers, the BASIC membership is an excellent starting point.
For DSPs aiming to proactively manage risk, the CORE membership provides consulting services, educational resources for staff training on safety and risk prevention, and access to top-tier vendor partners at discounted rates—helping you and your team stay prepared for what lies ahead.

We are offering CHARTER Memberships to the first 20-DSPs that sign up as an incentive and a thank you for choosing to manage their risk with GRYPHON, the first and only risk management solution designed exclusively for DSPs.

Managing a DSP operation involves significant risks, especially when it comes to your most valuable assets—your Delivery Associates.
For DSPs seeking greater visibility into workers' compensation incidents, along with training and 1:1 sessions with trusted WC experts, the CORE Plus membership is an ideal starting point.
For DSPs that need help managing existing workers' comp claims, the CORE Max membership is the best choice. It provides a dedicated team to advocate on your behalf, ensuring medical and time-off costs are accurate, improving your MOD ratings year over year, and reducing overall WC costs.
-
The CORE membership is billed annually at a flat rate, with payment made directly to GRYPHON.
Upgrade memberships are also billed annually at a flat rate, with payment made directly to our trusted partner, Stephenson+Brook.
-
Yes, but not entirely. The CORE membership offers a range of features, making it a comprehensive risk management tool.
The only component available for a trial is GRYPHON Academy™, allowing access to some educational and training videos.
MVR Monitoring and Virtual Triage, however, are not eligible for trials due to their setup costs included in the paid CORE membership. Additionally, these services incur monthly fees based on the number of Delivery Associates you employ.
-
The CORE membership's annual flat-rate cost covers Consulting, Educational Resources, and Industry Expert Support—a comprehensive risk management package. It also includes setup fees for MVR Monitoring (a $500 value) and Tele Triage (a $1,000 value).
However, these services have additional monthly usage fees. Why? Because GRYPHON cannot predict monthly usage costs, as they fluctuate based on factors like the number of Tele Triage calls or the monthly Driver Associate (DA) count for MVR monitoring.
In summary, the two additional costs are entirely usage-based.

Every DSP manages their business differently. However, our experience—and the reason we launched GRYPHON—shows that most DSPs lack experience in risk management. This inexperience drives up insurance costs, which is the leading cause of DSP failures and exits from the program.
In today’s environment, effective risk management provides control over factors that lead to higher insurance costs and rate increases.
The decision to manage risk is personal and varies by risk tolerance. For many DSPs, it’s an investment in reducing costs and ensuring long-term profitability. By year two and beyond, this approach can save hundreds of thousands of dollars and support business longevity.
Ultimately, managing risk is a strategic choice that each DSP must weigh for the future of their operation.
