We are excited to offer CHARTER Memberships to the first 20 DSPs who sign up. This is our way of thanking you for choosing GRYPHON—the first and only risk management solution designed exclusively for DSPs—to help you take control of your risk management.
-
The CORE Membership is billed annually at a flat rate, with payment made directly to GRYPHON.
The PLUS and MAX Memberships are also billed annually at a flat rate but split into two payments:
The first payment is made directly to GRYPHON.
The second payment is made to our trusted partner, Stephenson+Brook, after your onboarding call and account setup with them.

Running a DSP operation comes with significant risks, particularly when it involves your most valuable assets—your Delivery Associates.
The PLUS Membership is perfect for DSPs seeking better visibility into workers' compensation incidents. It includes training and 1:1 sessions with trusted WC experts to enhance your risk management approach.
For DSPs needing support with existing workers' comp claims, the MAX Membership is the best option. It provides a dedicated team to advocate for you, ensuring accurate medical and time-off costs, improving MOD ratings year over year, and reducing overall WC expenses.

Yes, but only partially. While the CORE, PLUS, and MAX memberships provide a wide range of features, making them comprehensive risk management tools, only GRYPHON Academy™ is available for a trial. This trial grants access to select educational and training videos.
MVR Monitoring and Virtual Triage are not eligible for trials due to their setup costs, which are included in the paid CORE membership. Additionally, these services involve monthly fees based on the number of Delivery Associates (DAs) you employ.
The same applies to the PLUS and MAX Memberships.
-
The CORE membership's annual flat-rate includes Consulting, Educational Resources, and Industry Expert Support—a complete risk management package. It also covers setup fees for MVR Monitoring ($500 value), GRYPHON Academy LMS setup ($500 value), and Tele Triage ($1,000 value).
However, these services have additional monthly usage fees, which are usage-based and fluctuate depending on factors like the number of Tele Triage calls or the monthly Driver Associate (DA) count for MVR Monitoring.
In summary: These additional costs are entirely usage-driven.
NOTE: The same applies to the PLUS and MAX memberships.

Every DSP runs their business differently, but our experience—and the reason we founded GRYPHON—shows that most DSPs struggle with risk management. This gap often leads to higher insurance costs, the top reason for DSP failures and program exits.
In today’s market, effective risk management is key to controlling the factors that drive up insurance rates.
The decision to manage risk is personal, depending on each DSP’s risk tolerance. For many, it’s an investment in lowering costs and securing long-term profitability. By year two and beyond, this approach can save hundreds of thousands of dollars and strengthen business sustainability.
Ultimately, managing risk is a strategic decision that impacts the future of every DSP’s operation.
